PHILIPSBURG:--- On Sunday, August 13th, a patrol was directed to Dutch Quarter for a dispute between a man and a woman. The brother of the man was trying to mediate between parties which turned physical. The situation got out of hand at which time one of the brothers took a knife and stabbed the other.
He victim needed medical attention and was brought to the Police Head Quarters where he gave First Aid by the Paramedics. The suspect M.M.L. was arrested on the scene and brought to the police station for further investigation and remains in police custody.
