DEN BOSCH /Netherlands:--- Construction company Janssen de Jong must continue to pay the salary of a suspected former director of a subsidiary in Sint-Maarten until his employment contract is definitively terminated. The judge in Den Bosch determined that in summary proceedings brought by Janhendrik Beokaar against the parent company with the head office in Son.
