THE HAGUE/ PHILIPSBURG:---The Public Prosecutor has requested a life sentence for the main suspect in the MARS investigation K.F. (41). K.F. is accused of killing two men in a Simpson Bay Resort hotel room on December 5, 2016.
In support of the requested sentence, the Public Prosecutor stated that based on evidence it can be concluded that the accused robbed the victims after killing them and then dumped their bodies in the lagoon near Belair.
Further K.F. is a suspect in the SWORDFISH investigation, in which K.F. is accused of escaping detention during a visit to the Sint
