PHILIPSBURG:— The police patrol was dispatched to the vicinity of Union road, on Wednesday, September 25th at approximately 10:55 am, where a lifeless body had been discovered in a home. Upon arrival, the patrols notice the body of a male with initials D.M., who was not showing any signs of life. According to the information received from a family member, D.M. had not been seen since Sunday and when they checked his home his body was discovered.
