PHILIPSBURG:— On Monday, September 30th, 2019 a report of “Missing person” was filed at the Philipsburg Police Station by the sister, of the man by the name Osburn Alexander, born in Dominica, October 27th, 1972.
Osburn Alexander was last seen on Thursday, September 26th, 2019 in the morning before leaving for work. He has since not returned home, nor contacted any other family member. Mr. O. Alexander has a slim posture, dark brown complexion, brown eyes, and brown hair. He also has a lot of black rubber bands on his ankle.
