PHILIPSBURG:---  A total of 46 participants took part on Saturday 6 AM “Hike for Mental Health” hosted by MHF. This year’s journey began at Safe Cargo (Pointe Blanche) to the lookout point near the Zipline and back. “Getting away from the stress of daily life and connecting with nature can be a re-grounding experience which can have a significant positive impact on one’s mental well-being,” stated organizers Ryane Bowers and Cyrille Brooks.
