PHILIPSBURG:--- R4CR is a recently signed project, financed under the Sint Maarten Recovery, Reconstruction and Resilience Trust Fund (SXM TF). R4CR aims to improve and strengthen the capacity of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) on Sint Maarten in their efforts to support reconstruction and resilience activities at the community level.
R4CR includes a Grant Scheme as a funding mechanism for community and social rehabilitation initiatives and focuses on the long term strengthening of these projects.
