PHILIPSBURG:— In the early hours of March 3rd, 2024, at approximately 02:30 AM, three male victims reported to the Philipsburg Police Station, reporting a shooting incident. They recounted being fired upon while on Welfare Road, providing details that the suspects were driving a white KIA Picanto, though the license plate remained unidentified.
