PHILIPSBURG, In 2019 the Ombudsman Gwendolien Mossel and her team embarked on an initiative with the objective of reaching out to the general public, in particular the most vulnerable in the society. Over the past months, with the assistance of the community councils, town hall meetings were held in Dutch Quarter, Philipsburg (Down street), Cay Hill, South Reward, Belvedere and St. Peters.
