PHILIPSBURG:—At least one person is dead due to a shooting on Pond Island while the shooter has surrendered to police said acting police spokesman E.S “Joe” JOSEPHA.
The police spokesman said the case is currently being investigated and as soon as he has more information he will share it with the media.
