PHILIPSBURG:--- In connection with the SXM Doet activities taking place on Friday, March 9th Minister Jorien Wuite announces that the following departments within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sport will be closed due to staff participation: the Culture Department, Sports Department, and the Minister's cabinet.

The offices will resume operations on Monday, March 12th.

Minister Wuite uses this opportunity to once again encourage everyone to volunteer on March 9th and 10th for this worthwhile initiative.
