PHILIPSBURG:—Philipsburg Jubilee Library opened its doors in the temporary location above Adolphus Richardson on the Pond fill last Friday evening March 1, 2019. Present for this special occasion was the Minister of Education Culture Youth and Sports the Honorable Mr. Wycliff Smith. The Minister and theSecretary-Generall Mrs. Shermina Powell-Richardson complimented the board and staff of the library with their efforts and wished them much success in their temporary location. The facility houses: a toddler and children section, the juvenile section with most of the exam books, an adult section, a national history section, a study room and a computer
