PHILIPSBURG:---The House of Parliament will sit in a Plenary Public session on Friday, October 11, 2019.

The Public meeting is scheduled for 11.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The deputy Prime Minister will be present.

The agenda points are:

1. Draft national ordinance to amend the Penal Code in connection with the implementation of some urgent international obligations (IS/1165/2018-2019 dated June 12, 2019) (Parliamentary Year 2018-2019-128)

2. Draft national ordinance establishing a new Code of Criminal Procedure (Code of Criminal Procedure) (IS/1189/2018-2019 dated June 19, 2019) (Parliamentary Year 2018-2019-129)
