PHILIPSBURG:—The new Top Judge handling the Emerald case on 29th May 2019 was not pleased with the Prosecutor Office 7 months passed and nothing was done. Also now from reliable sources, the prosecutor leading Emerald Case has been taken off and Prosecutor RIP and Baliẽn have taken over. Also not surprising the Emerald Case has now been postponed indefinitely.
