PHILIPSBURG:—The Public Prosecution Service presented in the Court of First Instance, on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019, the confiscation order against C.J.P., A.R., J.R. and CASABLANCA N.V.
In the PAPAGAAI investigation, these individuals and private entity were convicted for their role in the trafficking of women at the Casa Blanca brothel. This decision was made both by the Court of First Instance and the Joint Court of Justice. The legal entity Casablanca N.V. was convicted for tax offences.
