The Bottom:--- The Board of financial supervision Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba (Cft) spoke with the Executive Council and the Island Council about the 2018 financial statements, 2019 budget implementation and financial management.
Saba has prepared the 2018 financial statements, which shows a surplus of USD 0.8 million. The Executive Council expects to submit the annual statement and corresponding documents to the Cft before the legal deadline. Due to capacity problems, on several occasions, Saba has not submitted the quarterly report on time. The Executive Council has taken measures and promised to comply with this legal reporting obligation in
