PHILIPSBURG:--- At this year’s Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association conference CHIEF (Caribbean Hospitality Industry Exchange Forum) SHTA’s own Executive Director, Wyb Meijer, was selected as the 2018-19 Association Executive of the Year.
