BELVEDERE:--- On Friday, January 19th, 2018, the Sint Maarten South Leo Club presented the kids, teachers, and staff at the Belvedere Community Center, with games and toys for recreational and educational use.
Some time back my mom received funds from an anonymous donor. This donor wanted to contribute towards enhancing the lives of children in particular.
As a family of humanitarians and living in a home filled with lionism and leoismi it was decided that the Sint Maarten South Leo Club would be the appropriate organization to realize the wishes of the donor.
This community center immediately came to mind as well. So contact had been established and Mrs. Jessica Richardson, director of the after-school program, sent us a list of items she thought would be of value to the kids hosted at the Belvedere Community Center.
Finally, on Friday, January 19th, 2018, we were happy and excited to be able to hand over all the great games and toys!
The Sint Maarten South Leo Club, as well as our anonymous donor, wishes all the kids much playing and learning pleasure.
