PHILIPSBURG:— Solange Ludmila Duncan, the daughter of former Minister of Justice Roland Duncan and veteran retired school teacher and principal Solange Duncan.
Ludmila Duncan is the youngest female Member of Parliament who was sworn in less than two weeks ago. She worked for the Government of St. Maarten for over 10 years a senior policy advisor. If re-elected MP Duncan plans to submit legislation to parliament that eventually changes a number of things that affecting St. Maarten.
