CAY HILL:— The St. Maarten Heart and Stroke Foundation (SHSF) in collaboration with St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC), the White and Yellow Cross Care Foundation (WYCCF) and Soualiga Medical Practice invites the public to enjoy an educational event titled “Life After a Stroke” on Saturday, July 6th from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the White and Yellow Cross in St. John’s Estate.
The event will be hosted by Cardiologist Dr. Emiko Bird-Lake who will also deliver a presentation on the topic of ‘Heart and Stroke’. Presentations will be given by Physical Therapist, Petra Peut-Martens on ‘Rehabilitation within WYCCF’;
