PHILIPSBURG:--- Owner of Taliesin Construction Carl Critchlow had his office on AT Illidge Road and his home ransacked by law enforcement officers on Wednesday.
SMN News understands that members of the Anti-Corruption Task Force (TBO) conducted the searches under the guidance of the Prosecutor’s Office.
In an invited Spokesperson for the TBO Roderick Gouverneur confirmed that the searches did take place. Gouverneur said he has no information on the cases that are being investigated since that information was not given to him.
SMN News further understands that the TBO is spearheading at least two investigations that involved Taliesin Construction one involving the Bureau of Telecommunications and Post Building (BTP) and another involving the St. Maarten Housing Development Foundation. As soon as the Prosecutor Office indicate which of the cases led to the searches this article will be updated.
