PHILIPSBURG:— The Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth & Sport is proud to announce the 2nd Caribbean Well-Being Conference (CWBC), which will be held on St. Maarten from August 5 to 6, 2019 under the theme: Fostering Resilience: Creating a culture of well-being in schools.
