The Joint Court of Justice issued an order on Thursday, April 26th, 2018, for the prosecution of Member of Parliament Frans Richardson.

PHILIPSBURG:— The Joint Court of Justice issued an order on Thursday, April 26th, 2018, for the prosecution of Member of Parliament F.R. In the ongoing “Emerald” investigation F.R. is accused of accepting bribes, money laundering and tax evasion.

The objections made by F.R.’s defense against the request to prosecute were denied. The Public Prosecutor’s Office will present the case against F.R. in court on June 11th, 2018, in a so called “regie-zitting”.
