PHILIPSBURG:— On Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019 in the morning hours, two males suspects in the murder investigation at the “El Capitan Night” on December 31st identified with initials D.J.O. and S.R. turned themselves in at the Police Head Quarters in Philipsburg. Both suspects were immediately arrested and placed into custody for further investigation.
