PHILIPSBURG:— Two minors that were caught on camera breaking into a Chinese Supermarket on Lime Road early Monday morning were arrested and released to their parents. SMN News understands that even though Police have the video with the two suspects breaking into the Supermarket on Lime Road they released them because of their ages and law protects these minors that are supposed to be supervised by their parents.
