Duncan's and the Secretary-General of UNESCO for St. Maarten Marcellia Henry's statements represent the sentiments of the over 125 persons who attended the two-day Summit, including Minister of Education, Mr. Wycliffe Smith, the Ombudsman, Gwendolen Mossel and staff.
