PHILIPSBURG:--- The detective department is still investigating the shooting that took place on Monday, October 28th, 2019. During this a shooting incident that took place in Middle Region, four men suffered gunshot wounds. Two of these victims later succumbed to their injuries.
One of the deceased victims has still not been officially identified. There are rumors circulating that this unknown victim may be a national of the Federation of Saint Kitts & Nevis. This victim according to the information has been on the Island for some time prior to the shooting and therefore may be known by persons
