p>MIAMI BEACH, FL:— In the aftermath of the hurricane Irma, many small paradises of the Caribbean have been majorly damaged and destroyed. It is our duty to help and put the Holiday spirit to good use.
Viac Luxury Real Estate, a real estate agency based in Miami Beach, has come up with an innovative idea that perfectly marries charity with real estate. In collaboration with Friendly Island which fundraises money for victims plagued by Irma, Viac decided to help with its one way.
For every client that will show up and state the phrase “SXM 17”, 10% of the agency commission will be donated to Friendly Island‘s cause. The customer has to either use the phrase or show Viac’s brochure in one of the agency’s representatives.
Quentin Viac, the Agency’s President was born and raised in Sint Maarten, one of the Caribbean Islands has been that completely destroyed. As he stated: ‘that it is the least we can do to help those in need’.
Mylene Garot, Chief Operating Officer and Johanna Viac, Director of Sales, are promoting this project on social media and to their sales team.
Mylene Garot was already involved in a charity action for the benefit of children battling cancer. The C.O.O. Is confident that there are no industry on earth that can’t be paired with charity. Every single company in the world should be involved with helping others.
So if you are in an apartment or house-hunting mode what are you waiting for? Pass by Viac’s offices and help with your own way Irma’s victims these holidays. As Dallas Clayton says: Find something that makes you happy and use it to make others happy’.
