MARIGOT:— Yves Paillard, Vice Prosecutor on St. Martin has issued a call on witnesses that during the illegal blocking of roads that started on December 11th to come forward. Through a press release, Paillard said the on the occasion of illegal blockages of the roads open to road traffic, numerous breaches of criminal laws have been observed on St Martin since December 11: obstruction of traffic, thefts, armed gatherings, damage to private and public property, violence against the police, incitement to commit these offenses.
