The State has just opened the public inquiry phase on the application of the anticipated Natural Risk Prevention Plan (PPRN) of Saint-Martin.
The public inquiry is a major step required in order for the State to approve this new document on the cyclonic hazard. The public inquiry is open until October 31, 2019.
