A plume of Saharan dust hovering over the region will continue to reduce visibility and air quality through the next 24 or so hours. Persons with allergies and/or respiratory illnesses should take the necessary precautions. Meanwhile, pockets of moisture associated with remnants of a former cold front will account for periods of cloudiness and isolated showers during the latter part of this forecast period.

Slight to moderate seas will remain over the next few days.
