SIMPSON BAY — In a press release issued today by Winair, the company updates the general public on its present situation. The press release stated that Winair had  repositioned its aircrafts in St. Vincent prior to hurricane Irma and that currently the fleet is operating from the island of St. Kitts as fuel and security for aircraft are not yet present in St. Maarten. To date, Winair has performed in excess of 60 relief flights, evacuating non-nationals and providing transportation to legal residents of St. Maarten.
