The Ministry of Public Housing, Spatial Planning, Environment and Infrastructure (VROMI), through the Department of Infrastructure, hereby informs the public of scheduled asphalt works on Billy Folly Road as part of the ongoing rehabilitation project for the area.

These works will take place from Sunday, December 7th through Thursday, December 11th, 2025, and will be executed by Windward Roads Infrastructure.

Nightly Full Road Closures

To safely facilitate the asphalt resurfacing, full road closures will occur nightly from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM on the following dates:

During these night closures:

· No traffic rerouting will be in place.

· Access will be limited strictly to emergency vehicles.

Daytime Access

From 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, Billy Folly Road will be reopened to motorists. Drivers are advised to proceed cautiously as the roadway will remain an active work zone.

Safety Measures

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to be aware of:

· Road work signage

· Reduced speed limit of 15 km/h in the work zone

· Traffic controllers guiding movement in accessible areas

· Barriers and beacons installed to ensure public safety
