Last weekend, 18-year-old David Rioual, a boxer from Saint-Martin, made a strong impression during a fight in the Occitanie Cup. Competing in the under-65 kg category, he fought his very first elite amateur bout without a headgear at the Teddy Riner Hall in Sérignan.
Standing at 1.76 meters tall, facing an opponent three years his senior, David demonstrated his determination and talent. He continues to train with motivation for upcoming competitions, supported by a team for which he is grateful. His victory was clear, won by unanimous decision in a clean and controlled fight.
