Two things come to mind after the arrest of USp-leader MP Frans Richardson. One: everybody is innocent until proven guilty. That applies to everyone and also to Richardson. Two: there is no smoke without fire.

I firmly believe that law enforcement in St. Maarten will not arrest high-profile citizens like politicians on a whim. So the situation at this moment is that there are serious suspicions against the USp-leader.
