PHILIPSBURG – Prison director Edward Rohan is facing a 9-month prison sentence, with 3 months suspended and 3 years of probation for his alleged involvement in the 2014 election fraud case. At the request of the “campaigning contractor” Silvio Matser, Rohan provided a list of eligible voters among the inmate population of the Pointe Blanche prison in August 2014. The court will pronounce its verdict on February 21.
