PHILIPSBURG:--- The traffic department of KPSM is presently investigating a serious traffic accident involving a private vehicle and scooter. The accident took place on Saturday, September 14th, about 19.30 on the L.B Scott road in the vicinity of Emilio Wilson Park. According to the report, the male victim was riding on a pink/black scooter with number plate MF-53 on the L.B Scott road from the direction of Saunders towards John cooper/Jose lake sr. Ballpark. While overtaking on the bridge by Emilio Wilson park, the driver of the scooter lost control and collided head-on with a private vehicle with license-plate
