PHILIPSBURG:— Demonstrating their commitment to Sint Maarten’s longest and largest cultural festival and in an effort to prevent the recurrence of issues from the 2024 carnival season, the Bacchanal Weekend organizers respected their supporters’ request and took the initiative to request a meeting with the board of the St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) on May 31st, 2024.
