Coliseum armed robbery suspect turns himself in.

PHILIPSBURG:--- On Friday August 23rd 2018 during the evening, the second suspect in the attempted armed robbery of the Coliseum Casino identified as Samuel Oliver Smith also known as “Chris” voluntarily turned him self in at the Police head Quarters in Philipsburg. He was immediately arrested as a suspect in this case and placed into custody for further investigation. The Special Unit Robbery continues to investigate this case.
