PHILIPSBURG:— With great sorrow the police force of Sint. Maarten would like to inform the public of Sint Maarten of the death of our esteemed colleague Major Cernick Jan Lionel Carolina after a long illness. Mr. C.J L Carolina, died on Saturday, November 30, 2019, in the hospital in Colombia in the presence of his family at the age of 50.
There are no words to express our sorrows for this loss of our colleague. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends of the deceased, and not forgetting his “family in blue”.
