WILLEMSTAD, Curacao:--- Voters in Curacao are heading to the polls today to choose another set of politicians that will govern the country. Ever since Curacao obtained its status aparte, they were not able to keep a stable government for a full term. Elections were held on October 15th, 2016. Those elected stayed in power for a mere seven weeks.
