PHILIPSBURG:--- Chief Inspector Ricardo Henson confirmed to SMN News that a stabbing took place Over The Bank. As a result, one person is dead who is about 24 years old. The person’s identity has not yet been released. Police and forensics are currently at the location gathering information. The motive for the stabbing is not yet clear. However, to Inspector Henson stated that police suspect the culprit might be a relative or neighbor/tenant residing in the same area. Police are questioning possible witnesses but no one has been apprehended in relation to this incident. Henson further stated he would send out a police report later today. SMN News will update this article when that information become available.
