PHILIPSBURG:—The first St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce & Industry (COCI) “Grow Your Business with COCI Workshop,” 2019 Training Courses Series that took place on August 29, was a huge success leading to a full house of over 50 individuals. The presenter was Edsel Gumbs, a Loan Officer at Qredits whose presentation was about the Loan Acquisition Technique.
