PHILIPSBURG:— The detective department concluded their investigation into the incident that took place on September 4th, 2019 on the L.B Scott road. During this incident, a young man on a scooter was slapped by another individual after a short discussion. The police who was at the scene restrained the suspect with the initials M.R and him brought over to the police station in Philipsburg for questioning.
