Kidnapping in Cole-Bay area, French and Dutch law enforcement investigating. | SMN News

PHILIPSBURG:— On Friday, September 06th, 2019 at about 10.40 am the Central Dispatch of the police received a call concerning a kidnapping that took place in the area of Cole-Bay. The information was passed on to the patrol in Simpson Bay and the detective department. The French authorities were also informed about the ongoing situation. Later in the day, the information came into the detective department that cars that were involved in the suspected kidnapping have been stopped on the French side and suspects arrested.
