PHILIPSBURG:—  The Sint Maarten Police Force KPSM is investigating a fatal shooting that took place on the evening of Wednesday, September 18, 2024, in Cay Bay, which resulted in the tragic death of a male victim. Another male sustained gunshot wounds to his lower body.
