PHILIPSBURG:— On Friday, September 6th, 2024, the Prime Minister, Dr. Luc Mercelina, signed the contract for the repairs & improvements of the Jocelyn Arndell Festival Village with the Contractor Limitless Infrastructure N.V for the sum amount of Naf 1.413 million, based on a public tender that was carried out.
