PHILIPSBURG:--- As part of Rotary International core values, August signifies membership and new club development month as such the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset had the honor of having Mr. Rolando Tobias, Distinguished Toast Master (DTM), present to the membership on leadership and membership essentials. Many of the clubs on St. Martin have struggled with membership attraction and retention and as such, the board of the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset, in specific, Club Administration Chair Shemaiah Fleming thought it best to ensure our members were well abreast in the tactics needed to retain our members.
