PHILIPSBURG:--- All eyes are on Tropical Storm Dorain that might develop into a hurricane by the time it passes close to our islands late Tuesday into early Wednesday morning.
The National Hurricane Center has its closets point of approach (CPA) located near 16.1N, 64.4W or about 168.3 miles from our location. It is estimated that the storm or possible hurricane will pass our area in the next 89 hours and 53 minutes.
