PHILIPSBURG:— The Windward Islands Bank Ltd (WIB) understands the importance of supporting our cultural activities that encourage the participation of our youths and elderly to learn from each other. WIB made a generous contribution to support the traditional activities planned by the Rambaud-St. Louis Fete Association which will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at the St. Louis Cultural Grounds.
